This separator is designed for fine-dispersed droplet separation from petroleum gas for oil-and-gas producing industry.

Required gas capacity is provided by parallel series of separators assembled into blocks.

The laboratory of the State Missile Center “Academician V.P.Makeev’s design engineering department” (Miass, Chelyabinsk Region) tested the prototype model using water-air mixture, afterwards the separator was installed by JSC “Chernogorneft” (Nizhnevartovsk) in one of its fields for experimental operation using petroleum gas after 1st-stage separation.

A production sample made of stainless steel was manufactured for “TatNIIneftemash” (Kazan).
