It is designed for fine-dispersed droplet separation from oil gas for oil-and-gas producing industry. This separator is designed for fine-dispersed droplet separation from petroleum gas for oil-and-gas producing industry. Required gas capacity is provided by parallel series of separators assembled into blocks. Specifications · Gas capacity – 15000…30000 nm3/day; · Fluid content – 0.1 – 15g/m3; (mixture of water, oil, and gas condensate) · Working gas pressure- 0.3 – 0.5 MPa; · Maximum resistance- 0.05 МPa; · Separation factor- 0.8 – 0.96; · Weight (made of aluminum alloy)- 50kg The laboratory of the State Missile Center “Academician V.P.Makeev’s design engineering department” (Miass, Chelyabinsk Region) tested the prototype model using water-air mixture, afterwards the separator was installed by JSC “Chernogorneft” (Nizhnevartovsk) in one of its fields for experimental operation using petroleum gas after 1st-stage separation. A production sample made of stainless steel was manufactured for “TatNIIneftemash” (Kazan).
