Small-grained graphite of the АРВ-У, АРВ-1, АРВ-2, МГ, МГ- brands.

Graphite of the specified brands is small-grained material produced on the basis of calcined pitch coke, natural graphite and coal pitch. The graphite of the АРВ brand is distinguished with its high mechanical durability and low ash percentage. Low ash percentage, stably achieved by effective gas-thermal fining at a stage of high-temperature processing (graphitization), allows to use these brands of graphite in crucial productions for getting pure materials. The small-grained structure of graphite allows to produce shaped products of complex forms, to cut a fine groove with a step of 0.5-1.0 mm.

Is applied in manufacturing of shaped products while producing quartz glass and television tubes, for lining with refractory bricks of the chemical equipment, graphite equipment of vacuum furnaces; heaters and screens working in vacuum or protective environment; troughs and crucibles for sintering firm alloys, melting of rare and semi-conductor metals; the foundry forms for mass and large-series manufacture of casts from manganese steel; press-forms and chisels for powder metallurgy; anodes and grids of mercury rectifiers, details of electrovacuum devices.

The graphite of the brands арв-at, АРВ-1, АРВ-2 is delivered according to the TU 48-20-13-83, graphite of the brands МГ, МГ-1 - according to the TU 48-20-86-81.
