Special-high-purity graphite The products from it are applied as technological equipment at production of semi-conductor devices and substances of special purity not entering in chemical interaction with carbon.

Special-high-purity graphite is produced by cleaning of half-finished products in the environment of active gases in the process of graphitization. Machine processing of the cleaned half-finished products is carried out by the tool made of firm alloys in the conditions excluding pollution of products.

The products from the special-high-purity graphite can be exploited in vacuum at temperatures of up to 2200°С, and in the environment of inert gas at temperature of up to 2750°С.

Troughs and crucibles are used in the reduction of germanium dioxide, zone-purification, single-crystal pulling. The processes are carried out in deoxidizing and inert atmosphere.

The following brands are produced: ГМЗ ОСЧ, 3ОПГ ОСЧ - medium-grained graphite; МГ ОСЧ - small-grained graphite according to the TU 48-20-90-82.
