Are intended for fuel-bed firing of black and brown coals under stationary steam and hot-water boilers with steam rate of up to 10 tones/h and heat productivity - up to 6 МW.The stokers work on the principle of continuous spreading on the fire bed, in combination with reverse motion of chain-belt grate it provides the low ignition throughout the whole grate and steady combustion.The characteristic feature of those stokers is a combination of mechanical, as the basic, and pneumatic spreading, which makes it possible to optimize combustion of dust fractions in furnace volume. The stoker construction makes it possible to automate combustion process.
