Mechanical ТЧМ stokers with the forward chain motion rippled gate are designed for burning of black and brown coals, screened anthracite of the АС (AS) and АМ (АМ) grades in steam boilers of the productivity of up to 25 tons/hour as well as of waste wood in the multifuel boilers of the evaporative capacity of up to 75 tons/h, and in the industrial furnaces.

In the stokers, because of the grate motions, a continuous fuel spreading to combustion chamber and the process of slag removal are realized. The characteristic feature of the stoker is its upper ignition; the combustion takes place in the thick fuel bed.
