With mechanical furnace for burning of any kind of hard fuel in fluidized bed is intended for heating water to the temperature of 95°C and can be used in the systems of centralized heating, hot water supply for industrial and household purposes as well as for technological purposes.

The boiler is equipped with an effective gas-cleaning system, forced-draft machines, fixture, instrumentation equipment ensuring safety of work. The boiler provides the required sanitary-hygienic conditions of work of the personnel, meets the working norms of ecological safety.

The boiler design provides transfer from burnt hard fuel to gas or black oil.

The technology of burning in a high-temperature fluidized bed allows to lower the emissions of nitrogen oxides to 30 %, to raise the efficiency of burning out of fuel up to 95 %, to expand the range of used fuels: any black and brown coals (including those of worsened quality), peat, slate, wood waste, not requiring its special preparation (deep crushing, drying up).
