Is intended for heating water and can be used in the systems of centralized heating, hot water supply for industrial and household purposes and for technological purposes in fuel-bed firing of hard fuel.

The furnaces are equipped with a motionless grid of rotary furnace bars. Fuel is loaded manually through a loading door.

The furnace is operating according to the principle of continuous casting of fuel upon the burning layer. Thanks to an intensive ignition of fresh fuel over the whole square of the grid the furnace can operate on hard-to-ignite fuels as well as on brown coals with a higher moisture content.

The special feature of the furnace is the combination of mechanical, being the basic one, and of pneumatic casting of fuel allowing to optimize the burning of dust fractions in the furnace’s bulk. The design of the furnace allows to automate the process of burning.

The boiler is delivered fully immurated and in boarding, is completed with devices of control and safety, fixtures, fan, dust catcher and smoke exhauster.
