Block box is designed for placing electrical equipment used for electric supply of production facilities.

Construction

Block box available sizes: 3,0х3,0; 3,0х6,0; 3,0х9,0; 3,0х12,0 m.

It has a frame-panel construction and its welded framework consists of molded and rolled metal sections.

"Zlatpanel" three-layer frameless panels (thickness - 95mm) are used as building envelopes of walls and ceiling.

Thin sheet galvanized steel with polymeric coating is used for panel coating.

The panels are surfaced with mineral-wool boards made of basalt fibres.

Louver doors are located in the end walls of the block box, and optionally a tube axial fan can be installed  for ventilation of the room.

Block box can be also divided by inner partitions into two and more rooms when necessary. 

The floor is made of checkered steel (thickness 4mm). Panel joints are filled with silicone joint sealant and covered with panel strips.
