Individual heat distributing station	Individual heat distributing stations (hereinafter IHS) are mounted in individual city buildings and aimed at distributing, registrating and regulating of heat energy in heat, ventilation, air conditioning and hot water supply systems. IHS consist of two plate heat-exchanders: one for heating system and one for hot water supply system. The plate heat-exchanger for the heating system is a two circuit one: a direct heating agent (water, vapour) runs through the first circuit wereas through the second one (which is closed) runs the heated heating agent of the heating system. The second circuit includes pumping station to supply heaing agent to heat-measuring devices of the building, system of unattended regulation of the direct heater temperature as well as the direct heater itself supplied to the heating system. It is provided with temperature conditions control sensors, incl. those of environmental air temperature. All the parameters are computer pre-set in a TPM-32 controller, which can regulate temperature in the heating system in a real time mode (during day and night, in working days and days-off). The heat exchanger for hot water supply systems is also provided with an automated regulator of the direct heat agent consumption and the temperature of heated water as well as pumping station for circulation systems IHS are delivered in complete with ball cocks, thermomanometers, devices for registering water and heat consumption, check valves, filters s.o. (extra equipment) at customers' will. Introduction of IHS will allow to decline the four-tube pipeline system and pass on to two-tube one, securing individual heat supply only to buildings, to shorten the extension of interquarter heating pipelines. The scheme of parallel connection of the heat exchangers enables to reject the unjustified two-stage scheme. as a result costs for maintaining and repair of pipelines drop, consumption of heat insulating material lessen. In some individual cases land allotment for IHS building as well as it's erection are excluded.	''ТЕПЛО-КОМПЛЕКС''
