It is based on the chassis of four-wheel drive truck URAL-4320-30 and has a total mass of 20,5 tons; it is universal and has a possibility of quick change of process equipment.

In winter it is meant for cleaning of roads with modernized surface against fresh snow (raking, sweeping, removing of snow from streets) and spreading sand and other special materials on winter roads. For this purpose MD-432 has plough, brush and spreading equipment. The bin capacity for special materials is 6,5 cu.m, breadth of spreading zone is 4-7 m. The drive of spreading mechanism is hydraulic, from hydraulic pump installed at the power takeoff, at the gearbox. The bin is supplied with chain conveyor with hydromechanical transmission powered from additional power takeoff which is installed at the transfer box.

Plough and brush equipment has a working zone of no less than 2,5 meters, the height of a snow layer that is swept by aerodynamic plough of variable cross-section is no more than 0,2 m.

The brush can be used for road cleaning in winter and summer; the plough and spreading equipment is changed for watering and washing equipment in warm weather. According to working conditions a tank with washing and watering equipment is installed instead of the bin with spreader device and similar equipment.  The breadth of working zone of washing is 8 meters and of watering is 20 meters, the tank capacity is 9 cu.m. The machine may be used for watering of green plantations and as an additional means of fire extinguishing. 

When buying the whole set of equipment for MD-432 the convenient transportation of the road machine to the working place is provided by the tank fastening at the bin.
