Highly effective natural sorbing agent produced of ecologically clean mineral raw material for physico-chemical purification of ground and waste waters.

Fields of application:

Is used, in accordance with the TU 2164-003-45670985-05 developed by the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence Research and Development Establishment of Microbiology Centre of military-technical problems of biological protection.

Glauconite is intended for using as a sorbing agent of heavy metals, radionuclides and petroleum products, in cleaning:

• Waste and recycled waters, soils exposed to anthropogenic pollution, including road borders, public gardens and lawns located near urban highways with intensive vehicular traffic;
• Enterprises of an oil refining industry, oil-transfer pumping stations, gas filling stations, auto repair complexes.

Norms of glauconite addition as a sorbing agent depend on pollution level and area.

Technical characteristics

Glauconite has a high pyridine and naphthenic acids absorption capacity which makes it possible to use it as a selective sorbing agent in petroleum clearing (clarification of motor oil) against hazardous impurities.

Glauconite’s sorption capacity as regards heavy metals ( lead, copper, zinc, cadmium, chromium, nickel, iron, cobalt) is up to 80 %.

Form of production output

The concentrate is produced packaged in 50 kg bags and soft 500 - 700 kg containers.
